Overview: This position supports the design and production teams in all services necessary for the operation of the department.
Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):* Develop and maintain all production spec sheets with overseas agents* Coordinate with the production team on all WIP's and update changes* Find solutions to reach target prices, margins and deliveries* Assist in the creative development of new product* Review development and production reports as well as run and analyze selling reports* Ship samples, make necessary corrections and communicate changes * Travel overseasRequirements:* High School diploma or equivalent experience* 2-5 years related experience preferably in the shoe industry* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel * Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong organizational skills
