Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d)

What doesa a successful Technical Business Analyst do?

A successful Technical Business Analyst in this role focuses on three main areas: supporting existing business system applications in daily operations, identifying and documenting complex technical requirements for the applications, and liaising with customers and other departments to identify business requirements and appropriate technical solutions. You will analyze and document business processes to classify requirements and develop solution concepts. You will act as a central contact person for projects, manage results, and be involved in implementations. Additionally, you will support infrastructure adjustments through downstream reviews. Overall, your expertise in IT development, international communication, and project work will enable our Fiserv team to drive innovation and have a significant impact on our organization.

What you will do?

  • Detailed analysis and documentation of business processes within RiskShield.
  • Requirements management including coordination and elaboration.
  • Support infrastructure adjustments through validations.
  • Evaluate requirements in terms of feasibility and implementation duration.
  • Participate in on-call service; and coordination with customers nationally and internationally.
  • Review and analysis of application software.
  • Perform software updates.

What you will need to have:

  • A completed university degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT development / project work, preferably in an international environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (EFR C1).
  • Profound knowledge of the Dispute / Fraud process and the RiskShield tool.
  • Experience with external customers in project work or problem-solving contexts.
  • Programming skills, e.g., Java, C and experience with applications / middleware servers like Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS, Hibernate, as well as knowledge in SQL, DB2 preferred.
  • Expert knowledge in Linux and Windows Server.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in business process analysis/engineering, requirements management, test management, and quality assurance.

  • Anforderungsmanagement mit Abstimmung und Ausarbeitung.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich IT oder Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Entwicklung / Projektarbeit, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Dispute / Fraud-Prozesses sowie des Tools Riskshield
  • Erfahrungen mit externen Kunden im Rahmen von Projektarbeit oder Problemlösungen
  • Programmierkenntnisse z.B.: Java, C
  • Erfahrung mit Applikationen / Middleware Server wie Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS, Hibernate sowie Kenntnisse in SQL, DB2 bevorzugt
  • Expertenwissen in den Bereichen Linux und Windows Server
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in Business-Prozessanalyse/-engineering, Anforderungsmanagement, Testmanagement und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich (EFR C1).
