Main Duties

1. Project management and coordination:
- Work closely with Head/Deputy Head of MDI, Module directors to develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist leadership in handling management requests and proposals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and coordinate to complete regular status reports to leadership for assigned and dedicated topics.
- Coordinate internally and/ or with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of Vehicle development related project tasks.
2. Technical support and innovation:
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Engineering team on regulations, procedures, ECR/ DCR, and problem solving activities including mastery of JIRA IMS
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Propose and support implementation of improvement initiatives in daily operations.
3. Others:
- Act as a coordination focal point between Engineering and Cross functional teams to ensure smooth technical execution and information flow.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for VDD systems and processes.
- Support and/or participate in 1st layer inspection activities; follow up inspection actions and ensure timely closure in Jira system.
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in automotive electronics or a similar industry
- Strong background in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
