Job Description

Architects design digital blueprints for client projects. They create scalable, efficient, and secure IT systems to ensure alignment with business goals before, during, and after development. Our Architects possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. 

As an Architect at Endava, you will revolutionize our clients' businesses by weaving innovative technological solutions into their operational fabric. With unparalleled technical expertise and exceptional client-facing consultation skills, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing bespoke software solutions. These solutions will tackle the most intricate business challenges while aligning perfectly with overarching strategic objectives. Responsibilities: 

• Solution Architecture: Architect and design sophisticated software solutions of enterprise caliber, tailored to meet the specific demands and strategic aspirations of our most prestigious clients. Incorporate frontend and backend programming technologies, SQL / NoSQL databases, on-premises / cloud infrastructure, intranet/extranet networking technologies, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory compliance standards.
• Workshop Leadership: Champion workshops aimed at identifying and fully understanding the intricate problem spaces faced by clients, articulating potential technology solutions with exceptional clarity and effectiveness.
• Software Assessments: Conduct comprehensive software assessments, creating visuals and documentation that clearly outline technical solutions and their business value.
• Credibility and Communication: Develop and maintain credibility across technological and non-technical domains, ensuring effective communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead ambitious digital transformation initiatives, guiding clients through their journey and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Advocacy for Best Practices: Advocate for best practices within software development and architectural design, mentoring team members and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
• Complex Landscape Navigation: Navigate complex social and technical landscapes, making judicious decisions that balance competing interests and priorities.
