SoHo Dragon represents a technology company that specializes in creating interactive display technologies and skill-based arcade games, is seeking a Tech Lead/Field Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide superior customer service while tracking and following up with possible issues
Computer and game repairs on new and existing games
Review, test, and implement troubleshooting documents for new games
Managing & dispatching the spare parts for the USA
L2 support calls for on-field games in the US
Prepping and making test games ready for various FEC tests.
Shipping and dispatch handling for test games
Visit sites for games, set up, and troubleshooting for test games
Visiting and troubleshooting games at customer sites for some escalation
Setting up games at major expos in the US. Amusement Expo, Bowl Expo, IAAPA, and smaller distributor expos.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Arcade industry/Coin-operated redemption games
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer support is a plus
Preferred working at different manufacturers or large FEC centres
Nice to have:
Forklift operator license
Travel Requirement
20% of the time
Compensation
$60k- $80k. Plus health benefits.
