As Team Lead SRE, you will support the reliability and performance of Pluxee’s IT infrastructure and services. You’ll coordinate a small team of engineers and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, while contributing to our cloud transformation journey. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
Coordinate daily activities of a small SRE Team (internal and external members).
Support Cloud migration efforts and promote automation of routine tasks.
Assist in managing field support and incident resolutions
Maintain basic infrastructure compnenets (device management, configuration, licence tracking).
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on service delivery.
Participate in incident response.
Contribute to documentation and process improvement.
You are a match, if you have strong technical expertise in:
3+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or SRE roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft O365 and Azure environments.
Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with monitoring and automation tools is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Previous leadership experience is not required, but a proactive mindset and willingness to lead are essential.
