As Team Lead SRE, you will support the reliability and performance of Pluxee’s IT infrastructure and services. You’ll coordinate a small team of engineers and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, while contributing to our cloud transformation journey. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate daily activities of a small SRE Team (internal and external members).

  • Support Cloud migration efforts and promote automation of routine tasks.

  • Assist in managing field support and incident resolutions

  • Maintain basic infrastructure compnenets (device management, configuration, licence tracking).

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on service delivery.

  • Participate in incident response.

  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement.

You are a match, if you have strong technical expertise in: 

  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or SRE roles.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365 and Azure environments.

  • Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPN).

  • Experience with monitoring and automation tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Previous leadership experience is not required, but a proactive mindset and willingness to lead are essential.
