Purpose of Job
As a Developer in the Delivery stream, you will oversee the execution of Mainsail™ platform implementations across multiple modules or workstreams. You are expected to combine technical depth in front-end and data delivery with leadership skills to guide a team of developers, ensure delivery quality, and align work with client goals and platform architecture.
We'll trust you to:
- Lead the technical delivery for assigned Mainsail™ modules or integrated solution areas
- Guide developers in building and configuring UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Review and approve SQL-based configurations and data integration logic
- Participate in requirement gathering and technical design discussions with stakeholders
- Own delivery timelines, scope alignment, and risk mitigation within the delivery pod
- Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to delivery standards
- Liaise with functional consultants, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Drive reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices within the delivery team
- Experience 3+ years
You'll need to have:
- Expert-level HTML, CSS with deep understanding of responsive UI patterns
- Strong JavaScript skills for driving custom UI logic, interactivity, and client-specific workflows
- Advanced SQL and ability to debug data logic across staging and reporting layers
- Leadership and people management in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Ability to understand and review service behaviour in .NET applications, especially during issue triaging or sprint coordination
- Ability to architect module-level solutions within the constraints of a configurable platform
- Proactive communication and stakeholder handling
- Structured mentoring of junior developers and analysts
