Training materials are traditionally web-based courses, stand-alone animated videos and/or multi-media content which can involve editing audio and video files that were recorded elsewhere.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for an opportunity to advance or build their Instructional Design skills by developing innovate learning content, in collaboration with highly skilled colleagues.
Consult with the marketing leader on their design vision. Recommend design elements that enhance engagement and effectiveness. In some cases, extensive partnering on design will be requested.
Independently develop/edit multi-media and interactive content utilizing the design/storyboard provided by the marketing leader.
Adhere to strict corporate brand and style guidelines.
Modify content in response to partner request and based upon formal review and approval guidance.
In support of audit controls and a flawless advisor audience experience, conduct testing in a pilot environment prior to partnering with the appropriate team for publishing content to the Learning Management System (LMS) host site. Take actions necessary to produce utilization and completion reporting when requested.
Consistently adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and execution best practices and procedures.
Work with the team to create and maintain best practices and procedures as well as identify and implement process improvements.
