Tasks and responsibilities
Leadership
- Partner with Global HR and leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment to secure the best candidates for Karos future growth.
- Strengthen employer branding across Europe and the UK using data-driven insights.
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on collaboration, excellence, and inclusion.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Hands-On Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring for key and senior roles.
- Proactively source diverse, top-tier talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Advise leaders on talent strategies and market trends.
- Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Looking for a strong team player, that is pragmatic with a can do attitude and loves recruiting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment (mix of agency and in-house environments).
- Leadership experience of small but effective recruitment teams.
- Strong active sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Deep knowledge of European and UK talent markets, hiring practices, and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable recruitment processes with a focus on excellent candidates’ experience.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
