WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt) and support our Property Management team in their operations.


SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the Property Management team.
  • Handling and managing documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating and tracking appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Communicating with tenants, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Maintaining and updating data in real estate ERP systems.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with invoice verification and approval processes.
  • Managing general office administration tasks.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in an assistant role, ideally in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with real estate ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Language skills: German (excellent knowledge), English (professional working knowledge).
