We’re looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Team Administrators to join our growing firm. Whether you’re looking for a full-time opportunity or part-time (25+ hours per week), we’re open to discussing how this role can work for you. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our team, keeping operations running smoothly and helping us deliver a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, keeping things moving and making sure the details don’t get missed. Your support will help the team stay focused and deliver great results for our clients. If you thrive on structure but can also flex when things change, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you'll do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to your team
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars
  • Maintain and update client information in our systems
  • Liaise with the ATO and other agencies on behalf of clients
  • Prepare, format, and manage client documents and correspondence
  • Answer incoming calls and support the team’s client communications
  • Help coordinate requests and meet deadlines with a proactive approach
