As the Tax & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local tax authorities by completing all direct and indirect tax returns, statutory reports, and related documentation on monthly, ad-hoc, and annual cycles. IYou will be preparing accurate tax filings, supporting ongoing regulatory requirements, and leading training sessions for both finance and non-finance teams in support of the manager role. You will also oversee efficient and compliant cash operations to meet business needs.
What You'll Do
You will focus on comprehensive tax compliance and planning, including generating monthly CIT, VAT, WHT, and other required tax payments, as well as preparing monthly VAT return data and reports.
You will be responsible for managing e-Tax invoicing, ensuring all tax requirements are met to maintain BOI status, and reconciling company tax obligations such as VAT against sales and purchases.
You will prepare account reconciliations and financial reports, and you file and maintain all tax-related documents in an organized and compliant manner.
You will prepare the transfer pricing report and coordinate with the Regional and Global Tax teams, as well as external tax advisors, to ensure accurate and compliant transfer pricing documentation.
You will occasionally handle CIT and VAT tax audits, respond to inquiries from the Tax Office regarding compliance issues, and perform other taxation-related duties as assigned.
You will prepare the annual tax return and disclosure form each year.
You will provide supervisory support, take responsibility for key activities, and serve as a backup for the Tax Analyst.
What We're Looking For
You have three to five years of experience in tax accounting.
You possess a strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
You bring experience from a multinational corporate environment with tax compliance responsibilities.
You identify and implement process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency or quality within Finance.
You work effectively with colleagues remotely and across borders.

You have knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards.
You hold or are pursuing a CPA or CIA designation (desired).
You demonstrate strong attention to detail.
