How you will make an impact
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Tax Reporting: Work closely with outside tax advisers to prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns. Prepare the quarterly and annual tax provisions.
- Audit Support: Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and prepare necessary documentation.
- Tax Policy: Implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency and minimize the company's tax liabilities.
What we are looking for
- This is a hybrid role working at least one day a week (Thursday) in our Orem office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting or tax management.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax software, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
