As the Talent Planning Program Owner within the JM Family Enterprises Talent Management team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize talent planning processes and drive organizational success. This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses robust leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of Talent Planning principles.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent planning framework aligned with organizational goals and values

Lead the design and implementation of talent improvement initiatives, including career profile execution, talent calibrations, succession planning, and internal talent sourcing

Create a standard and measurable approach for internal movement within the organization

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop initiatives to address them

Provide guidance and support to managers and HR on talent planning processes, tools, and best practices

Design and deliver training programs to enhance talent planning capabilities across the organization

Monitor and analyze talent data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Drive the adoption of talent planning technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data visibility

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent planning, incorporating relevant innovations into organizational practices

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability in talent planning practices
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent planning or related activities

Well-developed comprehension of talent planning principles, methodologies, and best practices
-
Proven track record of leading talent initiatives and driving results

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience with Workday is preferred
