About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background, exceptional organizational skills and experience with cross-functional teams.


Requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
  • Actively headhunt top talent using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, focusing on niche and mid/senior-level roles.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidate alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for assigned roles, handling communication, interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Coordinate and maintain core HR processes, including employee documentation and an up-to-date repository of profiles for projects and tenders, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and improvement projects that support digital transformation, process efficiency and HR policy enhancements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, templates and candidate management tools.
  • Provide general support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operational delivery and timely response to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Projects.

What will you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Approx. 5 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on IT Recruitment, headhunting and operational tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex schedules, maintain detailed documentation, and manage multiple priorities.
  • A high-energy, passionate approach to assignments, driving engagement and excellence in every aspect of the job.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues within HR systems and processes.
  • High integrity and commitment to safeguarding sensitive HR data and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
