Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for PalmPay Pakistan. The role includes sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting employer branding. Candidates must have 3–5 years of recruitment experience in fintech, NBFC, telecom, or tech.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for tech, business, operations, and support roles.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
Create hiring plans and recruitment timelines with department heads.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain HR and recruitment compliance with Pakistan labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of recruitment experience (fintech / telecom / NBFC preferred).
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job portals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
