The Role

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter based in Atlanta who brings a polished, mature presence and a deep commitment to inclusive hiring practices. This individual will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across all levels—from early career to executive—while fostering a welcoming and equitable candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to leadership, a collaborative team player, and a champion of inclusive talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles across departments and geographies, with a focus on equity and candidate experience.
  • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and co-create inclusive sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, community partnerships, and employee referrals.
  • Facilitate inclusive and structured interview processes that mitigate bias and promote fair evaluation.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams and leadership.
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to ensure process efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Support employer branding efforts that reflect our values and commitment to inclusion.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives, including DEI and workforce development programs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring at senior and executive levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • Experience recruiting in a global or multi-location environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Workday and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and continuous learning in the talent space.
