The Role

Our HR Team comprises over 50 dedicated professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-faceted environment. Within this team, our tight-knit TA group consists of seven geographically dispersed members, working alongside our collaborative Onboarding Team. We focus on hiring full-time employees nationwide across all departments and locations, acting as trusted advisors rather than simply "filling seats" with an agency mindset. This role offers a true hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity that demands a strategic, collaborative approach for success.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Recruit nationally for a variety of roles at multiple levels, including P&C Account Managers, Marketing, Accounting, Underwriting, Claims, IT, In-house Sales, CSRs, and more

  • Manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline, consistently handling up to 30 full-time roles across the country

  • Leverage strong passive sourcing techniques, particularly on LinkedIn, in a fast-paced, consultative recruiting environment

  • Exhibit a polished, commercial interviewing presence to attract top talent

  • Demonstrate a strategic understanding of the insurance industry and its talent needs

  • Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization with ease

  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and engagement throughout the hiring process

  • Operate with a strategic partnership mindset, collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals

  • Utilize data-driven insights to advise hiring managers, optimize recruiting strategies, and enhance overall talent acquisition effectiveness

  • Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Team to support seamless offer letters and onboarding processes

What You’ll Bring to One80:

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced insurance or financial services environment

  • Workday experience (required)

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • A proactive mindset, willing to engage in high-priority assignments outside standard hours when necessary

  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and passive talent sourcing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to strong Excel skills highly preferred

  • Smartsheet experience a plus

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 + bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
