Iron Mountain is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Onsite, High Volume Recruiter to join our team on a temporary assignment expected to last 6-9 months. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building our customer-obsessed culture by identifying and placing top talent in specialized non-exempt frontline, field associate positions across North America. Pay rate: $38 per hour.
The initial onboarding and training will take place in the office onsite 5 days a week. Following a successful integration into the role, there is opportunity to transition into a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnership, and candidate generation. You will thrive in our collaborative and high-performing environment, where a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction is paramount.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a high volume workload, consistently meeting internal customer capacity needs within a KPI-driven setting. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, can motivate colleagues, and brings a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines.
Apply strong analytical skills to assess and identify the best talent for various job profiles.
Build collaborative and consultative relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates.
Drive recruiting initiatives to deliver timely results for our internal customers.
Contribute creative ideas and strategies to continuously improve our fast-paced, customer-focused culture.
Nurture candidates during the entire recruitment life cycle
Maintain consistent applicant engagement, particularly throughout a lengthy government clearance investigation process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment such as retail, logistics, operations, or an agency.
Proven experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple geographic regions and diverse job profiles.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday experience is a plus.
Prior experience in high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
