Position Summary
1. Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.2. 2. Set recruitment policies, standards and processes and hire and appoint outstanding talents who meet those standards to the required business organization, thereby reinforce the human resource competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Talent acquisition planning and strategy] Establish detailed plans according to recruitment plans and strategies.
2. [Talent sourcing] Plan and perform the search for talents with required skills and experiences using various channels.
3. [Talent selection] Plan and operate the interview process and create reports of the results according to the evaluation criteria.
4. [Employment compensation negotiation] Design proper employment compensation packages and prepare the compensation negotiation.
5. [Onboarding] Assist in preparing and providing prerequisites, onboarding trainings, employment documents draw-up and etc. for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 4 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
