About the Role: As a Talent Search Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing candidates applying for positions and conducting direct searches to identify top talent. You will work collaboratively with your team to deliver the best candidates for our company. This role requires a strategic approach to recruitment, ensuring that we build a strong talent pipeline for our assigned markets within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate application process, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
- Conduct direct searches to identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality candidates that meet the needs of our business.
- Act as a strategic partner and knowledge owner for assigned markets, providing insights and expertise to hiring managers.
- Support recruitment efforts for roles across the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with our overall staffing strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Consulting and Life Science Market
- Passionate about sourcing and candidate attraction
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
