👉 Luni is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for Luni and its entity Omada. If you are passionate about the tech sector and enjoy working in an autonomous environment while making a direct impact on company growth, this role is for you.

✶ Recruitment (70%):

• Drives full-cycle recruiting, proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions at Luni & Omada.

• Work closely with team leads to identify their needs, structure recruitment processes, and align their expectations with top candidates.

• Train all team leads on effective, predictive and bias-free recruitment practices.

• Continuously optimize processes and ensure compliance with recruitment practices (including GDPR).

• Ensures candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle.

✶ Talent Community (15%):

• Develop and manage a talent pipeline, especially in iOS development and design.

• Maintain an active network of talent acquisition managers to continuously improve your practices.

• Manage the referral program to increase internal referrals.

• Engage the Alumni community.

✶ Employer Branding (15%):

• Enhance the content of Luni’s website and LinkedIn page on a weekly basis.

• Establish strategic partnerships with schools and associations to anticipate future skills needs, particularly in iOS development & design/gaming sectors.

💫 Who you are

• You have =/+5 years of recruitment experience within the tech industry.

• You have a strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.

• You are able to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with effective communication skills.

• You have a good level of French and English.

🏢 This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our French hubs (Bordeaux/Paris). There is a job offer open in each city, but only one vacancy.
