We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting top-tier sales professionals. This role is pivotal in driving our talent strategy, partnering closely with business leaders, and leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools to build high-performing sales teams. If you're a seasoned recruiting leader with a passion for sales talent and a knack for innovative sourcing, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on high-volume sales hiring across multiple regions.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to understand workforce planning needs and develop scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for key sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Phenom CRM.
  • Optimize and manage recruiting workflows within Workday Recruiter, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent through digital channels and career events.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the recruiting team.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on sales recruiting.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring environments and building scalable recruiting processes.
  • Expertise in Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed; experience with Phenom CRM is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the competencies that drive success in sales organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make strategic decisions.
  • High level of tech-savviness and comfort with recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
