We are expanding our HR team and are looking for an extroverted, highly motivated, and driven Talent Acquisition Manager and story teller with 5-10 years of recruiting experience. Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools is a plus, but it is not necessary. We provide a world class, hands-on product training program for all candidates regardless of previous experience.

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent for Sales, Corporate Functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, as well as Distribution Operations.    This position is responsible for the design and implementation of hiring strategies that align with the company's goals and culture. They focus on sourcing top talent, employer branding, and optimizing the recruitment process.

  • Proactively source active and passive candidates via multiple recruitment channels while ensuring positive candidate experience and communicating our company culture and values
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews/initial interviews and provide summarized results to hiring managers
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
  • Draft and review job descriptions, create job requisitions, and post job on various job board platforms including the primary platform, SmartRecruiters
  • Facilitate all Talent Acquisition reporting to include but not limited to costs, time to fill, first pass yield, and AAP reporting
  • Work with Functional Directors and Hiring Mangers to manage Internship program
  • Liaison between Freud/Diablo and Bosch corporate regarding ongoing system updates; become the system Subject Matter Expert, and relay this information to applicable internal team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Leadership Business Admin or related field.  Certifications such as APHR, PHR, SHRM-CP a plus. 
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience supporting Sales and Marketing Functions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of US employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to communicate professionally to all levels, both oral and written.
  • Experience with counseling managers and associates on recruitment programs, policies and strategies.
  • Must have strong project management skills and have the ability to self-regulate time/projects.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, while being highly responsive and thorough
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SmartRecruiters preferred
  • Experience identifying areas for process improvement and driving solutions, soliciting feedback and achieving buy-in along the way.
