We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, and acting as a technical focal point for the team. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, guiding selected candidates through the hiring process, and managing documentation and logistics across LAC and Brazil.

We will count on you to:

  • Successfully manage candidate relationships and schedule interviews using Hirevue.
  • Provide guidance and support to selected candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters and follow up on necessary documentation for hiring.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage tickets via Service Now for interview scheduling, offers and documentation requests, including background checks.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for the team, ensuring effective communication and process management.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administrative/operational processes, with experience as a technical focal point.
  • Proficiency in Workday, Service Now, and Hirevue.
  • Advanced English language skills.
