As the TA Coordinator, you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu.
In partnership with TA Specialists/Business Partners, TA Sourcing Specialists/Business.
Partners and Hiring Managers, you are responsible for successfully and seamlessly shepherding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience. Reporting into the Talent Operations team, you may support one or more Hub teams across the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with interviewers to schedule onsite and video interviews
· Manage candidate scheduling throughout interview process, acting as a resource for any questions/challenges
· Post jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on external job boards
· Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting systems to ensure compliance and clean reporting
· Coordinate candidate travel where applicable and manage expense reports for
both candidates and the Talent Acquisition team
· Manage offer letters and new hire paperwork, such as background checks
· Screen active candidate resumes and source passive candidates to supplement sourcing efforts where needed
· Assist in training, mentoring and coaching Associate TA Coordinators

Key Skills and Experience

· Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize appropriately
· Experience in scheduling and/or coordinating
· Comfort in interacting and building relationships with stakeholders and
candidates of all levels
· A desire to understand the dentsu brand holistically, being a source of truth as
candidates learn about who we are and how they can be a part of our vision
· A strong ability to communicate effectively and kindly
· Ability to problem-solve autonomously and collaboratively
