Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Develops and administers staffing/employment/recruiting programs. Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives while conducting employment advertising campaigns.
- May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
- Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
To lead strategic and collaborative Talent Development initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders and Corporate L&D to identify development needs and design effective learning strategies.
- Develop and implement talent development plans, frameworks, and processes across departments.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to support employee growth.
- May partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training solutions.
- Ensure alignment with global talent development standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (+)
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, development, learning & development, or HR.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
- Experience with learning technologies and performance analytics tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment.
- Business level English and native level Japanese communication skill
