What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hands-On and Remote Troubleshooting: Addressing Windows system issues for users across multiple locations.
- Imaging and Installation: Installing and configuring new computer systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance for critical IT procedures to maintain system integrity.
- Proactive Issue Identification: Identifying and resolving system issues before they escalate.
- Meeting Room and AV Support: Troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms.
