Critical role in improving a company’s data quality and efficiency. They analyze internal data, processes and identify improvements using data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Review end cycle of business Opportunities

Collect and qualify all documents needed in an opportunity making sure all are attached.

• Close opportunities

Align all values in the opportunity with the final approved numbers and close the opportunities.

• Fast track

After verifying signature from the customer / partner will be delivering fast track.

• Data Review on Accounts

Updating ADVOCACY on the account level after every sell to have the correct tracker in the accounts.

• Performance Monitoring:

Sanity check on OF and DARs before submitting contracts.

• Rnd License 3rd party License confirmation
• CRM Hygiene

Track different metric on the opportunities like close date in the past, 1% opportunities and 10% opportunities, upfront payments.

• English Professional, French and German are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in finance, marketing, and IT
