The System Integrator Expert will provide expert consulting, project management, and technical support services during Phase 3 of the project. The role is responsible for overseeing system implementation, ensuring adherence to approved project plans, timelines, and quality standards, and supporting the client through to successful project completion and issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC).
The consultant will act as a key interface between stakeholders, system vendors, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth coordination, issue resolution, and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
Project Management & Oversight
Monitor and oversee the progress of the Designated System Integrator (DSI) to ensure compliance with the approved project plan, scope, schedule, and milestones.
Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with contractual obligations, industry best practices, and agreed standards.
Support the client in tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions throughout the implementation phase.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all internal and external stakeholders, including client teams, system integrators, vendors, and third parties.
Conduct and participate in regular project meetings, reviews, and technical workshops as required.
Act as a trusted advisor to the client on system integration–related matters.
Provide technical guidance and expert oversight across specialized system integration domains as required during implementation.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical or operational challenges to keep the project on track.
Review technical documents, designs, integration plans, test results, and implementation deliverables for compliance and quality.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the required technical, operational, and quality standards.
Support the verification and validation of systems prior to completion and handover.
Assist in ensuring readiness for audits, inspections, and acceptance processes.
Provide continuous guidance and oversight until successful project completion.
Support the client through commissioning, testing, and final handover activities.
Assist in the preparation and validation of documentation required for issuance of the Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Master’s degree or professional certifications in Project Management or System Integration is an advantage.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in system integration, large-scale infrastructure or technology projects.
Proven experience in Project Management & Consulting (PMC) roles during implementation phases.
Strong background in overseeing system integrators, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience supporting projects through commissioning and Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) stages.
Strong expertise in system integration methodologies and implementation best practices.
Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to provide hands-on technical guidance across specialized domains when required.
Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage complex, high-priority projects.
Regular progress monitoring and reporting to the client.
Technical reviews, recommendations, and issue-resolution support.
Assurance of compliance with project scope, standards, and milestones.
Support through project completion and successful issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC).
