We are currently looking for a Software Inside Sales Representative IV to focus on our Data Protection portfolio, working in our Austin, TX or Dublin, OH office.

Responsibilities

-Sell Quest's Data Protection portfolio of solutions including backup, storage, and disaster recovery technology

-Prospect to new B2B customers and develop value-based business relationships

-Use best of breed sales experience to comfortably discuss business and technology

issues with mid-to-senior level decision makers

-Identify customer needs and requirements; recommend the appropriate products and solutions

-Work competently and competitively in a fast-paced environment that requires project and time management skills

-Provide a wide range of data protection product and services knowledge to prospective customers

-Research, qualify, manage, track leads, and related sales activities

-Territory and account management, including account planning and sales forecasting

-Relationship building with current customers, partners, peers, and other business units

-Achieve quarterly and annual financial targets

-Guided by business plans and strategy

Qualifications

-6+ years of outbound business-to-business sales experience

-6+ years successful experience selling into medium to large institutions

-Experience constructing large deals with licenses and services

-Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.

-Experience in prospecting into new accounts

-Effective presentation and negotiation skills

-Experience utilizing CRM systems-preferably Salesforce.com

-Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to learn quickly and think analytically

-Business and financial acumen

-Active listening skills

-Bachelor's degree or combination of work experience and education

-Must be able to work in our Austin, TX or Dublin, OH office

Preferences

-6+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience

-Prior experience in selling backup and infrastructure solutions

-Bachelor's degree
