WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the Nike Direct Stores Marketplace Supply Chain needs. You will partner closely with Allocation, Sales, Merchandising, Planning and Finance. Besides, you will daily connect with your stores, partners, carrier network and Nike’s logistical functions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our Supply Chain Ops Specialist for our Nike Direct Stores you always start with the consumer in mind. You will drive operational excellence to serve our Nike Direct Stores Athletes and Consumers through transactional and executional activities across relevant Nike systems, tools and reports to meet financial and operational targets while delivering on Nike’s strategy.  You utilize operational knowledge, analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver on all pillars of the Consumer Promise (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability). You bring subject matter expertise on End-to-end Stores supply chain flow and ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively to leaders and stakeholders across Supply Chain and Nike Direct Stores team. You keep your stores, business partners and stakeholders informed and engaged of risks and opportunities, and you actively partner with your stores and other operational functions, to find optimal supply chain and commercial solutions.

The ideal candidate should match the below criteria;

  • Relevant, confirmed and proven experience within Supply Chain management and/or Retail related functions

  • Ability to drive service and make the right decisions with regards to prioritization and critical issues

  • Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement

  • Prior Experience working with customers/ stakeholders/ partners is a plus

  • Strong analytical and scenario planning skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence

  • Relationship management and influencing skills to develop excellent working relationships to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service.

  • Self-starter/ability to work efficiently both in groups and independently

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • Obsess Nike Direct Stores Supply Chain KPI’s on a daily basis and execute order management actions to plan and deliver product to the Nike Direct Stores across EMEA

  • Responsible for accurate and timely product flow in collaboration with our Planning, Distribution, Transportation and stores teams

  • Work in partnership with our partners and stores team and develop excellent working relationships. You’ll deliver customer service excellence through a consumer mindset and reliability while at the same time ensuring our work supports and aligns with our Nike Direct Stores Strategy and our organization’s vision

  • Represent supply chain operations within the Nike Stores cross-functional team, with the ability to lead and influence your peers, in order to ensure a balanced marketplace, mutual profitable growth and effective mechanics of inventory management. You have regular interaction with internal and external partners within a matrix environment, sharing scenarios and solutions to risks/opportunities.

  • Perform KPI root cause analysis and provide your input for the weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates to Supply Chain and Nike Direct Stores leadership

  • Provide subject matter expertise into scenario planning and preparation for execution of seasonal transitions, key retail moments & new door openings

  • Bring an improvement and innovation mindset to identify and lead small sized initiatives by applying project management tools and skills

  • Change agent for transformational initiatives through hands on contribution, quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement

  • Digital literacy: e.g. MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
