Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will lead the Supply Chain organisation in the Benelux market with a focus on creating real value for our customers by managing the full end-to-end Order to Cash processes. By embracing a ‘Single Point Of Contact’ approach, you will nurture strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through delivering Operational Excellence and creating meaningful impact across sales results and cash flow.
As an inspiring member of the EMEA Supply Chain team, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues and report functionally to the Cluster Supply Chain Manager. Together, you will contribute to shaping and achieving our shared supply chain goals across the region.
Your leadership will be key in balancing demand capture, profit optimization, and working capital management through New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities, all while supporting your team’s growth and well-being. Success will be seen in smooth deliveries, right-first-time performance, and effective cost management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the Supply Chain organisation in the Benelux market, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash processes, focusing on delivering value and excellent customer experiences.
- Champion the ‘Single Point of Contact’ principle, building trustful and transparent relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, technical warranty, and e-business managers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Align forecasts and demand by facilitating open communication and campaign management.
- Identify and seize New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities with major wholesale customers, encouraging innovation and growth.
- Cultivate team development, supporting skills growth, succession planning, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- A university degree or postgraduate qualification in Commercial or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain and customer service roles, preferably in diverse, multinational environments.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic leadership skills, with a genuine passion for empowering and guiding diverse teams.
- Fluent in English, French, and Flemish, with a confident command of digital tools.
- Solid understanding of supply chain execution, customer service systems, and industry standards.
- Analytical thinking combined with practical knowledge of financial instruments and commercial performance indicators.
- Ability to thrive in and lead multicultural, international teams with kindness, clarity, and inclusivity.
