We are now looking for a Supply Chain Excellence Manager APAC to drive end-to-end performance improvement within our Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) business across the region. This role will support the execution of our global Supply Chain Excellence strategy while enabling operational efficiency, resilience, and customer service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipLead and facilitate global Supply Chain Excellence initiatives within the APAC region, ensuring strong alignment to global strategies and business priorities.
Build and execute the regional supply chain excellence roadmap.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across planning, logistics, distribution, and customer service.
Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain best practices, digital tools, and emerging industry trends.
Identify, assess, and prioritize improvement opportunities across the supply chain using methodologies such as value stream mapping, process mining, Lean, and other CI frameworks.
Standardize, harmonize, and document core supply chain processes to enable operational consistency and scalability.
Drive cross-functional workshops to remove inefficiencies and enhance end-to-end performance.
Support the Supply Chain Director in monitoring key metrics such as OTIF, inventory levels, Days of Inventory, Cost-to-Serve, and Perfect Order Fulfillment.
Conduct root-cause analyses and track corrective actions to improve supply chain performance.
Use analytical models and scenario simulation tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with the Supply Chain IT Expert Team to optimize existing systems including SAP, OMP, CRM, and Power BI.
Identify new digital or automation opportunities that enhance visibility, planning accuracy, and decision support.
Lead or contribute to the implementation, testing, and change management of new supply chain technologies.
Assess supply chain vulnerabilities and define mitigation strategies related to demand variability, supplier disruption, logistics constraints, or network design.
Support stress-testing activities to build a more resilient, agile, and customer-centric supply chain network.
