Why This Role Matters
You will join a team that thoughtfully and responsibly manages the smooth flow of goods across global supply chains. In this role, your work will directly support customers across the EMEA region as well as partners in North America and Asia-Pacific, with 100% of new tire supply imported from these regions. Every day, you will help create solutions that build trust, improve processes, and strengthen collaboration between teams.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate EMEA import and export planning and execution for new and retreaded tires, including all new tire imports from NA/AP.
- Generate import and export orders, plan transport, and manage booking activities.
- Oversee warehouse movements and intercompany shipments while ensuring full compliance with customs and import/export regulations.
- Maintain supportive, clear communication with clients and third parties (freight forwarders, customs, banks, etc.) regarding shipments.
- Liaise with logistics partners across road, ocean, and air to identify the best solutions within budget and aligned with customer needs.
- Support supply chain reporting, administrative processes, logistics cost reporting, pricing, and PO management in VIM.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and internal/external audits to enhance service levels and team performance.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business or a related field.
- A thoughtful, structured approach with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks calmly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the desire to build positive, trusting relationships with customers and external partners.
- Knowledge of import/export operations, customs documentation, and multimodal transport standards.
- Confidence in suggesting process improvements and sharing best practices within the team.
- Experience working with logistics/ERP systems and comfort with data management and reporting.
- Openness to developing new skills and contributing to a supportive, inclusive team environment.
