What You'll Do:
- Partner with Customers, Supplier Enablement Leads, and Coupa Pay Success Managers to support supplier communication needs as part of a customer’s overall supplier adoption program.
- Present an overview of Supplier Communication Service capabilities to Customers and help create an effective strategy and timeline to address supplier communication needs.
- Execute a planned scope of communication services, working with internal teams to coordinate campaign activities and engaging with Customers and the Coupa Pay Success team to ensure all activities and reporting are executed according to the set timeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Coupa customers and the Coupa Pay Success Team to support Supplier Communication services.
- Regularly track status, dates, and action items related to the communication campaign, plus provide timely reporting of communication activities.
- Support internal and Customer teams during the supplier communication workstream to provide guidance, assistance, and communication materials leading to a successful completion of contracted communication services.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in Supplier Enablement and knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process (invoicing, bank transfers, virtual cards) is highly desirable
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills that enable you to consult with customers and team members, demonstrate knowledge and experience, and effectively manage projects and timelines
- Experience with the following is a plus: Smartsheet, Excel, Iterable, Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently
- Knowledge of the Coupa Core Platform, especially Coupa Supplier Portal, is highly desirable
