Job Description

  • To supervise a team of Customer Service and booking taking.
  • To assist in vendor calls and bookings and deal with customer, internal departments and Expeditors overseas offices for any enquiries, irregulars or complaints.
  • To assist and participate in presentation and customer’s visit for both business retention and development.
  • To perform regular performance review for customers.
  • To liaise with customers or Account Owners on service requirement and procedure.
  • To review and verify SOP and procedures, liaise with Gateway Team, Operations Team and Warehouse Team for handling details.
  • To explain handling procedure and provide guidance to sub-ordinates.
  • To maintain the client database of e.tms on behalf of Air Export Department.
  • To monitor daily operations and subordinates’ performance.
  • To assign job duty to team members and make sure each team member is fairly treated.
  • To issue CCA, monitor AWB amendment & co-ordinate with Accounting Department to ensure the whole process is handled correctly & timely
  • To report any irregular issues to superiors.
  • To provide necessary on-the-job training to new comers.
  • To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs.

Qualifications

  • University graduate with over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry, or certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate over 5 years working experience in freight forwarding industry which 2 years in supervisory level. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.  Mandarin is an asset.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry.
  • Proficient PC knowledge.
