As Manager, Strategy & Planning within the COO & CFO Office, you will provide critical support to the Chief of Staff in executing high-priority initiatives for the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer and managing important shareholder relations activities. You will help drive operational efficiency, ensure effective governance, and support strategic communications across the organization.
Based in Amsterdam, you will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams globally, while also supporting shareholder engagement activities. This role offers exceptional visibility to senior leadership and shareholders, providing significant opportunities for professional growth and impact.
You will provide essential support in the preparation of materials for high-visibility forums, including Supervisory Board and Audit Committee meetings, Management Team sessions, and Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews. Additionally, you will help manage COO governance processes, such as maintaining governance playbooks, tracking priorities, managing action items, and coordinating Weekly Leadership Team meetings.
You will assist in the creation of executive communications, such as All-Hands and Townhall presentations, as well as developing visually engaging infographics and presentations to support broader organizational messaging.
As an individual contributor you will report to the Chief of Staff who is also based in Amsterdam.
Who are you?- 3-4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or Big 3 preferred)
- Strong background in business operations, project management, and strategic planning
- Exceptional PowerPoint (storytelling) and Excel (analysis and modeling) skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solver with analytical thinking capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and shareholders
- Experience in corporate governance and stakeholder management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field required; Master's degree advantageous
