Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the leadership team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Identify areas for process improvement and automation
Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
Manage vendor relationships and procurement
Help with facilities management, travel coordination, and other general operations tasks
Implement and drive key operational processes and systems across the business
Support executive team initiatives working with functional teams in finance, HR, legal, compliance
Day-to-Day
Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other functional leaders to execute on key priorities
Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with a high degree of autonomy
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions
Stay on top of deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Continuously look for ways to streamline and optimize operations
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
Strong communications & stakeholder management
Intrinsic bias towards action
Interest in or exposure to the tech/AI industry preferred but not required
Fluidstack is looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" and take full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up
Engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics.
Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
