Driven by shared success, PMG leverages business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights—as well as its proprietary operating system, Alli—to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions and innovative media strategies.

Our team comprises over 900 employees globally, and our work for ambitious brands like Apple, Nike, Sephora, Experian, Therabody, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Creed Fragrances, BNY, Intuit, CKE Restaurants, Travelex, and Whole Foods spans 85+ countries.

Who You’ll Be Working With

At PMG, Integrated Strategy sits at the intersection of brand, creative, media, analytics, and client leadership. This team helps clients understand people more deeply and turn that understanding into communications strategies that feel relevant, distinctive, and grounded in the real world.

As an Integrated Strategy Senior Manager, you’ll be part of PMG’s Strategy & Insights practice and work closely with partners across Media, Creative, Client Strategy, Analytics, and other specialists. Together, you’ll shape how ideas move across channels, moments, and audiences so the full experience feels connected and intentional.

You’ll also build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams through complex questions, and support the growth of junior strategists. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting research, culture, human behavior, and business context to create work that is both meaningful and effective.

What You Will Do
  • Lead integrated communications strategies for campaigns, initiatives, and key parts of the funnel, grounding recommendations in audience understanding, cultural context, and business goals.
  • Translate cultural signals, audience research, brand inputs, and platform behavior into clear frameworks, briefs, and strategic narratives that guide creative and media teams.
  • Build positioning, messaging, content, and channel approaches that help ideas move naturally across paid, owned, earned, experiential, and partner touchpoints.
  • Shape how creative ideas live within media environments by accounting for platform context, format, production realities, and consumer mindset at each touchpoint.
  • Lead discovery work by conducting and interpreting primary and secondary research, facilitating workshops, and uncovering the themes that should inform strategy.
  • Develop audience segmentation and persona work that helps teams reach the right people with clarity, relevance, and consistency.
  • Partner with media, analytics, and client strategy leads to turn insight into practical recommendations, strong plan narratives, and confident client presentations.
  • Use measurement learnings, reporting, and campaign performance insights to refine future strategy and continuously improve the quality of integrated thinking.
  • Present clear points of view to client stakeholders and help lead working sessions, brainstorms, and planning conversations with confidence and care.
  • Support both B2C and B2B engagements, including technology and enterprise categories, by turning complex offerings into human, credible stories that resonate with different decision-makers.
  • Stay close to shifts in culture, platform behavior, sport, community, and emerging media so the work remains current, useful, and genuinely connected to how people live.
  • Manage and mentor junior strategists, creating clear expectations, thoughtful feedback, and opportunities for continued growth.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy and insights, including X+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in data-driven strategy development, leveraging advanced analytics, data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI), and statistical modeling to extract key business insights.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to identify market opportunities and shape strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to synthesize multiple data sources, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into clear, actionable strategies that drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, emerging industry trends, and evolving market dynamics to inform high-level decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into compelling narratives that influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative and problem-solving mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments where strategic thinking and leadership drive shared success.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
  • A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by leading by Example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
