Job Summary:
The Strategy & Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Strategy and Business Development team by managing critical operational functions, ensuring seamless execution of departmental initiatives, and driving efficiency in key processes.
Essential Functions:
Administers SharePoint site updates, access requests, data input, maintaining libraries lists, training, and maintenance
Supports the management of team budget with a strategic understanding of business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimizing financial resources
Oversees comprehensive vendor management responsibilities including the development and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor onboarding, access management, contract compliance, performance tracking, and relationship optimization to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards."
Responsible for project management of virtual and in-person meeting logistics, including travel logistics
Manages documents for proposals (appendices, exhibits, and forms) as needed
Maintains project RAID logs/Action Item lists
Supports capture and proposal compliance efforts, including outlining procurement requirements
Facilitates cross-functional communications and training initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments
Responsible for the continuous improvement of project management best practices, processes, and tools
Leads the coordination and scheduling of reoccurring and ad-hoc meetings, overseeing agenda development, managing meeting logistics, documenting key decisions, and preparing post-meeting reports and action items
Develops presentation materials, reports, briefing materials, and other deliverables, as needed
Maintains team templates and reporting tools
Performs any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
A minimum of one (1) year of program/project coordination experience is required
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Experience with project management software is preferred

Working Conditions:
General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Up to 25% travel may be required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays as needed to meet deadlines, often with little notice
Compensation Range:
$53,400.00 - $85,600.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
