Job description

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager in EMEA to step into the role of 'Global Co-Pilot'. In this high-impact position, you will own the global relationships with Akeneo’s most prestigious Independent Software Vendor (ISV), and System Integrator (SI) partners. If you thrive on orchestrating complex, multi-country alliances, influencing enterprise-level ARR, and aligning executive stakeholders across the globe, we want to hear from you!

  • Global Strategic Relationship Management: Build and own executive-level relationships with assigned Strategic Partners (SI and ISV), ensuring global coordination, regional alignment, and high-level engagement through structured QBRs, commitment letters, and influence planning.

  • Partner Plan Ownership: Develop and maintain detailed, measurable global business plans with each Strategic Partner. Ensure cross-region buy-in, drive shared account planning, and hold partners accountable to influenced ARR and certification targets.

  • Influence & Co-Sell Execution: Lead influence-based motions on large, multi-country enterprise deals. Coordinate with sales leadership to map joint opportunities, drive MAP creation, and maximize partner impact on win rate and time-to-close.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Ensure strategic partners are fully integrated into Akeneo’s DSP-led delivery and readiness initiatives.

  • Certification & Enablement Oversight: Monitor the enablement maturity of each partner using defined DSP criteria. Drive certification progress, ensure awareness of program requirements, and identify enablement blockers across regions.

  • Program & Process Governance: Ensure alignment with Akeneo’s global partner program rules. Lead documentation of partner status, enforce benefit and requirement policies, and support programmatic consistency in Salesforce, the Partner Portal, and planning tools such as Crossbeam and QBR templates.

  • Joint GTM & Thought Leadership: Act as the voice of Strategic Partners in internal planning. Support co-marketing, partner-led webinars, and industry-facing visibility campaigns that showcase mutual value and differentiated positioning.

What we look for
  • You have +5 years of experience in leading multi-country partner relationships in a high-growth B2B SaaS context.

  • You have a strong track record of driving sourced and influenced pipeline with partners and enabling sales teams to execute against joint plans.

  • You know how to manage long-range partner roadmaps, setting targets, and operationalizing through quarterly and annual cycles.

  • You’re fluent in Salesforce-based partner tracking, Crossbeam account mapping, and pipeline hygiene standards.

  • You’re comfortable working across time zones and traveling internationally as needed for QBRs, strategic planning sessions, or executive alignment.

You don't need to tick every box. We strongly encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. If you are excited about this opportunity but your experience is slightly different, we still want to hear from you!
