We are a growing team looking for a Data Analyst Intern in the Operations Program & Innovation department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing real-time visibility and driving advancements in tracking technologies. You will support the management of the "Service Quality and Visibility Program," collaborating with various stakeholders to develop processes aimed at delivering high-quality services to our carriers and shippers. Additionally, you will assist in leading projects focused on visibility and service quality improvements to meet company objectives.

In this role, you will …

• Assist in managing the "Service Quality and Visibility Program," working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the execution of projects aimed at improving our services, contributing to the achievement of company goals.
• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc analyses, forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights into the effectiveness of outputs.
• Aid in building, managing, and maintaining performance reports and dashboards related to key metrics such as GPS coverage, Perfect Service Shipment, and On-Time Performances.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to contribute ideas for new solutions, enhancements to existing ones, and draft business requirement documents.
• Assist in monitoring and enhancing GPS integration processes of carriers regularly.
• Support daily interactions with third-party service providers to enhance real-time visibility.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Operations Teams regarding visibility and service quality matters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Bachelor's degree in engineering,  business, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations management, quality management, performance management, consulting, or similar roles.
• Preferred experience in the transportation/logistics industry or familiarity with supply chain visibility concepts.
• Proficiency in G-suite and MS Office; SQL skills are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Fast learner with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
