Cette offre de stage vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera début janvier 2026.

(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue). 

Vous rejoindrez le département « 1AFMC» en charge de l’Installation des Systèmes Mécaniques dans l’ensemble des programmes Airbus.

Votre stage consistera à : 

Améliorer les processus de réparation des installations MSI (Mechanical System Installation) qui ont subi une dégradation ou une panne sur les avions en service dans les compagnies aériennes.

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes: 

Vos principales missions : 

  • Participer à la gestion des activités Réparations MSI (Installation Systèmes Mécaniques)

  • Identifier les améliorations mises en place dans les piliers environnants (Autres services)

  • Proposer des moyens de simplification liés à l’activité Réparation MSI

  • Extraction de données dans différentes databases (RDTS, Tech request ….)

  • Rechercher des solutions utilisant l’IA pour l’activité Réparations

  • Recherche / Cross fertilisation avec différents domaine gérant le même type d’activité

  • Connaissance aéronautiques serait un plus pour le poste

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur ou Master en génie mécanique, génie industriel, ingénierie aéronautique ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

  • Connaissances en installation de systèmes mécaniques.

  • Connaissances en bases de données.

  • Connaissances en IA (intelligence artificielle) est un plus.

  • Des connaissances aéronautiques sont un plus pour ce poste.

Soft Skills :

  • Esprit d'équipe.

  • Proactivité et force de proposition.

Langues :

  • Anglais : Courant.

  • Français : Courant.

 We offer an internship at Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse - Saint Martin.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start begin of January 2026

(date subject to flexibility).

You will join the 1AFMC department in charge of Mechanical Systems Installations on all Airbus programs.

Your internship will consist in:

Improve the repair processes of MSI (Mechanical System Installation) installations that have undergone degradation or failure on aircraft in service with airlines.

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

You will contribute to the following activities : 

  • Apply on Repair MSI (Mechanical Systems Installation) business (Customer support)

  • Identify improvements from stakeholders and customers feedback

  • Propose simplification to reduce efforts in the MSI repair process 

  • Data extraction from customer service databases (RDTS, Technical request ...)

  • Research of solutions using AI for repair management

  • Research / cross-fertilization with the other domains managing repairs

  • Aeronautical knowledge would be a plus

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

  • Project management

  • Mechanical system Installation technical competences

  • Communication

  • teamwork

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently in your final year of an engineering school or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aeronautical engineering, or an equivalent field.

Ideally, you will have the following skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of mechanical systems installation.

  • Knowledge of databases.

  • Knowledge of AI (artificial intelligence) is a plus.

  • Aeronautical knowledge is also a plus for this position.

Soft Skills:

  • Team spirit.

  • Proactivity and initiative.

Languages:

  • English: Fluent.

  • French: Fluent.
