Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer at our facility in Plantation, Florida to engage as the primary subject matter expert, ServiceNow architect, and overall team tech lead and set technical direction, leading the development team to implement solutions including both configuring ServiceNow, developing customizations and integrations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented and proposed solution is scalable.
- Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integration development between ServiceNow and other team supported systems.
- Work directly with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and defects.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance resources to ensure test cases are properly written / executed from a technical perspective.
- Provide detailed technical design/ documentation details in user stories which are complete, easy for developers to understand, and ready for development.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience.
- Will accept Master’s and 6 years of experience.
- Experience must include 6 years in the following: experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool;
- Working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, HTML or HTML 5;
- Understanding and implementation experience with at least 3 of the following ServiceNow application suites: ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, HRSM, or IRM;
- ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO, etc.);
- Web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Restful API, PowerShell etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform; and
- ServiceNow implementation including SNOW architecture, Application UI, Process and solution integration, Workflow design/ configuration, Reporting, and Integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.).
