Job Profile: Staff Engineer, Test Engineering – Product Development
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop advanced ATE hardware and software solutions for silicon validation, characterization, yield analysis, and manufacturing release.
•
Support DFT and BIST initiatives to improve testability and reduce manufacturing costs.
•
Drive innovation by recommending practical solutions to technical challenges.
•
Lead new product test development projects and ensure milestones are met.
•
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Evaluation, Applications, and other product support groups.
•
Coach and mentor engineers to build technical capability and improve performance.
Key Qualifications
•
Strong expertise in automated test platforms such as Teradyne Flex and NI, as well as measurement solution development.
•
Proficient in C/C++, Visual Basic, LabVIEW, and Python.
•
Experienced with schematic and layout tools such as Cadence Allegro, along with bench equipment including oscilloscopes, DVMs, and programmable units.
•
Skilled in statistical analysis and related tools.
•
Self-driven, proactive, and highly capable of debugging measurement solutions.
•
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Education and Experience
•
Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE, or a related field required; a Master of Engineering or Master of Science in Engineering is an advantage.
•
Strong experience in analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware and software test and probe development.
•
At least 7 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry, preferably in product development.
