Essential Responsibilities
- Lead aerodynamic design, testing and analysis of fan and compressor configurations.
- Drive multidisciplinary integration with system level understanding.
- Provide technical guidance and training/mentoring of junior engineers.
- Manage resources and prioritize activities to deliver program objectives.
- Influence and help define strategies for research and development for next-gen engines.
Qualifications/Requirements

Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with significant industrial experience in in the field of fan and compressor aerodynamics.

Strong understanding of fan and compressor aerodynamics and design.

Experience in computational fluid dynamics, aerodynamic design, and a track record in delivering innovative solutions on complex programs.

Fluent in English.
Desired Characteristics

PhD in aerodynamics.
- Passion for technical excellence and self-motivation.

Proficiency in German.
