Job Description
- Maintains security and telecommunications system
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide first aid and medical assistance and maintain medical supplies
Qualifications
- Has 2-3 years work experience in administrative support and clerical work
- Good telephone handling skills
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Flexible can think out of the box
- Has a high sense of urgency
- Good command of the English language
- Willing to be assigned to shifting schedule
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certified - SO3
