The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for managing inventory levels across consignment warehouses to ensure optimal product availability and meet customer demand in Australia and Japan. The role involves coordinating shipment planning and export operations, collaborating with logistics, customer service, and supply planning teams to optimize delivery schedules and container utilization. Key responsibilities include preparing inventory and supply planning reports, monitoring production and demand alignment, managing import orders, and proactively resolving shipment delays or supply risks with global production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What You'll Do
You will ensure import stock availability through coordination with Supply Planners and the global aviation team.
You will advise draft delivery plans to Logistics and Customer Service teams based in Singapore and Thailand.
You will proactively update delivery plans and shipment status to customers and sales teams.
You will manage inventory levels in Japan, ANZ, and Singapore warehouses to maximize customer service levels.
You will ensure appropriate safety stock levels are maintained at each location and escalate potential issues in advance to prevent supply disruptions.
You will analyze, maintain, and develop reports to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
You will collaborate with the global supply chain team to align monthly allocation requests and quantities.
You will generate obsolete inventory reports and inventory projections by SKU.
You will prepare finished goods inventory projections for Thailand, Japan, and Australia.
You will monitor critical SKU stock levels to ensure supply availability.
You will prepare inventory analysis, production reports, and other assigned reports.
You will provide support to cross-functional teams when requested or when supply planning issues arise.
You will manage order entry for imported new tires accurately and efficiently.
Who We're Looking For
You hold a university degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain-related functions with a strong understanding of supply chain activities.
You demonstrate experience working in a detailed spreadsheet-driven environment.
You possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
You have good English communication skills, including writing and speaking abilities.
You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
