What You'll Do

  • You will ensure import stock availability through coordination with Supply Planners and the global aviation team.

  • You will advise draft delivery plans to Logistics and Customer Service teams based in Singapore and Thailand.

  • You will proactively update delivery plans and shipment status to customers and sales teams.

  • You will manage inventory levels in Japan, ANZ, and Singapore warehouses to maximize customer service levels.

  • You will ensure appropriate safety stock levels are maintained at each location and escalate potential issues in advance to prevent supply disruptions.

  • You will analyze, maintain, and develop reports to identify trends and drive performance improvements.

  • You will collaborate with the global supply chain team to align monthly allocation requests and quantities.

  • You will generate obsolete inventory reports and inventory projections by SKU.

  • You will prepare finished goods inventory projections for Thailand, Japan, and Australia.

  • You will monitor critical SKU stock levels to ensure supply availability.

  • You will prepare inventory analysis, production reports, and other assigned reports.

  • You will provide support to cross-functional teams when requested or when supply planning issues arise.

  • You will manage order entry for imported new tires accurately and efficiently.

Who We're Looking For

  • You hold a university degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain-related functions with a strong understanding of supply chain activities.

  • You demonstrate experience working in a detailed spreadsheet-driven environment.

  • You possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You have good English communication skills, including writing and speaking abilities.

  • You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
