The Value Stream Process Owner will lead efforts to mature standard work for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the rest of the organization (Capacity & Readiness Process owners, S&OP team, planning, sourcing, Part families, Product lines...) to fully understand inter-connections and identify gaps in the processes.
- Create and own the integrated action plans to exceed key performance targets (including HK TTI) and systematically close capacity and readiness gaps. You will translate data and assessments into a clear, accountable roadmap for the organization.
- Use Lean methodology to develop, implement, and refine standard work. Ensure compliance with documented work instructions, sequence, and timing to maintain consistent quality and efficiency. Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
- Define processes and associated IT tools requirements to maximize automation, minimize potential sources of errors, and eliminate waste. Ensure capability by aligning processes, systems, and Supermarket size: support training and change management for a seamless transition.
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Relies on multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to make decisions.
- Conduct regular process reviews to assess performance and adherence to standard work. Identify gaps, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure accountability for corrective actions to sustain gains.
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, inventory management or related experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, inventory management or related experience

The salary range for this position is $117,200 - 156,300 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
